101 Languages Of The World Review, A Product Worth It
I have looked through and tested several applications that claim to be able to teach you various languages and well. I must say after using the different products on the market I haven't been too thrilled. However that being said I did find 101 to really be something special. The thing about products that claim to do many things are rarely good at being great at something. Therefore 101 met my expectations head on. At first glance this program is actually relatively impressive with a wide assortment of review concepts and applications available to you so you fully understand how to read and speak basic phrases. The only feature that I find 101 lacking is the fact that there doesn't seem to be a feature that allows you to track progress of any kind that you have made during your use of their product.
As I dove deeper into the actually lessons and content related to learning the languages I wasn't let down at all. The information covers most of the basic phrases and words that you would expect from an introductory lesson of each of the languages. All in all I was rather impressed by the material that they have assembled for us.
Also something I have to mention because of its sheer amusingness was the speech recognition software included with the 101 package. I have never seen something that could so easily recognize what I was saying and let me know if I was pronouncing the word or phrase correctly. For that reason alone I think 101 is worth it.
In my opinion after doing the 101 Languages of the World review I would use the product myself. However as should be expected this is only for basic language skills.
